One local non profit organization wants to shed light on everyday living in poverty. TEAMwork for Quality Living hosted a poverty simulation on Sept. 25, that put local Muncie community members and Ball State students in the shoes of someone who lives in poverty everyday.

It seemed like Ball State was down and out early into its first Mid-American Conference match at Toledo, dropping the first seven points. The Cardinals went on to drop the first two sets, but fired back and ultimately came back to win the match 3-2 over the Rockets.
The Ball State football team will face a stiff test on the road against Northwestern, as it will battle with the No. 10 defense in the country in Evanston, Ill. Through three games, Northwestern has allowed just 16 points and is allowing 235 yards per game during a 3-0 start. The Wildcats held Stanford to six points and Duke to 10 points last week.

Now that Residential Property Management students have a new center, senior Kolby Smethers said they can take more pride in their program, which is the only RPM program in Indiana and currently has about 50 students enrolled.
