To understand the importance of Ball State University's post production, look no further than its last two games. Two of Ball State's four post players were injured and the other two were saddled by foul trouble throughout the contest.

SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL CYNIC: Grab the ice scraper, tough out the cold

don't know if you've noticed or not, but it is extremely cold outside. There's no denying that cold weather is one of the drawbacks of living in the Midwest, and one of the banes of college life. With cold weather comes snow and ice. And as pretty and as fun as a good snowfall is to look at, it certainly comes with its own set of drawbacks.

OUR VIEW: A kosher alternative

During Passover of 2006, the university attempted to provide kosher-style food to students but botched the plan by including bread products in the menu. In years prior, on-campus students with Jewish beliefs were left with few options in dining halls, period.
