Ball State sent a campus-wide public safety advisory email at around 5:30 p.m. Monday, after a report of a sexual assault in an on-campus residence hall.
The email stated Ball State University Police Department (UPD) received the report of a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred on Sunday.
It stated no further information was available at the time.
This public safety advisory email sent to campus on a reported sexual assault is the second one of the fall 2019 semester, two days after the first report of a sexual assault on Riverside Avenue.
