Wintery Precipitation to Come

Today/Tonight: Chilly day ahead of us! Temperatures currently in the teens, but wind chill making it feel like 3º. For the next 12 hours, the remainder of moisture will be sitting around north/northwest Indiana for the majority of the day.

This Weekend: For the majority of the day on Saturday, we are going to be seeing cloudy conditions and temperatures in the low 30’s, but that night a frontal system will be dipping south bringing along a band of wintery precipitation such as freezing rain and snow. Expect those conditions to continue through the morning and early afternoon hours as temps reach up to 30º. As the night approaches, we will begin to see dry conditions again.

7-Day Forecast: After the clearing of the frontal system on Sunday night, our temperatures will be well above average for the duration of the week. Temperatures ranging the low 30's to low 40's.
