Senior men's golfers James Blackwell and Albert Jennings capped off the season with top-10 finishes at the Professional Golfers' Association Minority Collegiate Golf Championship on May 6, 7 and 8.

Blackwell finished fifth in the the 54-hole tournament with a score of 234. In the three rounds of the tournament, he posted scores of 74, 81 and 79.

Jennings finished with a 54-hole total of 239, with scores of 81, 81, and 77 in the three rounds. He entered the final round in 11th place and climbed three spots to finish eighth.

Created in 1987, the PGA Minority Championship has been hosted at the PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The PGA of America was granted ownership of the event by the National MinorityCollege Golf Scholarship Fund in 2006.

The event this year featured 160 men and women from more than 40 schools.
