NewsLink Indiana Weather Evening Update

MUNCIE, IN (NewsLink Indiana) - It is officially spring, but still feeling like winter as we did see some snow this past weekend. We do see this low pressure system moving through the next few days bringing rainy conditions and with the jet stream staying south, keeping us pretty cool. Low tonight of 22 degrees with overcast skies and some possible flurries. Now tomorrow morning from 2AM to 9AM we do have a freeze warning out. This means if you do have an early commute to class or work to keep bundled up with temperatures in the 20s. Also if you do have any plants to keep them covered or bring them indoors. High tomorrow of 46 with mostly sunny skies. Warmer temperatures come into the forecast on Wednesday with a high of 60, but rain chances start in the afternoon. These will be here to stay for the next few days, but could be a mix of snow and rain. A dramatic cool down for the weekend with highs in the 30s, but the rain does move out. Mild temperatures to end the weekend, but we are tracking some more rain and thunderstorms for the beginning of next week. -- Weather Forecaster Kalie Pluchel
