'Uchuu Patrol Luluco' TV anime release in April 2016

From director Hiroyuki Imaishi and animation studio Trigger, Uchuu Patrol Luluco (Space Patrol Luluco) will join the “Ultra Super Anime Time” programming block on April 1, 2016. Hiroyuki Imaishi is famous for directing anime such as Kill La Kill and being the lead animator on Fullmetal Alchemist.

Hiroyuki Imaishi described Uchuu Patrol Luluco as an “intergalactic first-love story,” involving an ordinary middle school girl named Luluco who lives with her father in the UGIKUBO, an immigration zone shared by humans and aliens.

Luluco’s life is turned upside down when she meets a mystifying transfer student, ΑΩ Nova, voiced by Junya Enoki. Enoki is known for playing parts in Sword Art Online, Parasyte and Digimon Adventure tri. Saikai.

The schedule for Uchuu Patrol Luluco in Japan is as follows:

AT-X: every Friday during the 22:30 time slot beginning on April 01, 2016.

Tokyo MX: every Friday during the 23:00 time slot beginning on April 01, 2016.

BS11: every Sunday during the 25:00 time slot beginning on April 03, 2016.
