This action gained major media attention. With over 16.3 thousand followers on Twitter, Branson has gotten attention from multiple medias, including an interview from Steve Annear, a digital reporter from Boston Globe. Speaking with the Boston Globe, the league says it's going to enforce its intellectual property rights.
Regardless of these accusations, Branson tweeted his side of the story in hopes that the lawsuit will be dropped.
