Both stages can be purchased individually for each system, Mario Maker at $2.49 and Pirate Ship at $1.99. Or the Mario Makerstage can be unlocked for both systems at a reduced price of $3.49.

The 3DS version also got a new stage for free. The Duck Hunt stage, which has been on the Wii U version since launch, was added to the 3DS roster today with the patch.

The new costumes for Mii Fighters, which are available for both systems, include a Business Suit, a Toad hat and outfit, a Viridi wig and outfit, a Monster Hunter helm and mail, a Rathalos helm and mail, a Fox hat and outfit, and finally a Captain Falcon helmet and outfit. Each costume can be bought on their own, or part of a bundle. There is also a bundle that unlocks all of the costumes and new stages.
