The Ball State Chapter of the National Organization for the Reformation of Marijuana Laws (NORML) is hosting a Q&A session with an attorney at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 17 in the Whitinger Business Building, room 300.

“The purpose of the Q&A is to connect students with a knowledgeable legal professional who understands the intricate details of how marijuana possession works in Indiana,” said Drew Beal, chapter president and a junior business administration major.

Criminal defense attorney Andrew Maternowski is on the NORML legal committee himself, a group recognized by NORML as lawyers who support ending marijuana prohibition while also offering to defend students charged with possession.
