Ball State football's all-time rusher has accepted an invitation to the National Football League Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Jahwan Edwards, a senior for the Cardinals in 2014, will participate in the event from Feb. 17-23.
Edwards finished his collegiate career with 884 rush attempts for 4,558 yards, and 51 touchdowns, all program records.
He rushed for at least 1,000 yards in three straight seasons, finishing fifth in Mid-American Conference history in career rushing yards and rushing touchdowns.
Edwards most recently played in the NFL Players Association Collegiate Bowl in January, carrying the ball six times for nine yards.
