Ever wondered what the best video game series around was? Well, the Guinness World Records 2015 Gamer’s Edition has revealed the best game of all time to be the Call of Duty series. This conclusion was reached by asking 5,000 fans of the book from 140 different countries what their favorite video game series were.
Call of Duty comes out on top right as the newest game in the series, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare was released. The series came on top compared to The Legend of Zelda, the Elder Scrolls series, and Pokémon. The franchise even beat the best-selling video game series of all time, Super Mario Bros.
Of the 50 games that made the list, some of the other games in the top ten include Super Mario Bros. at number two, Minecraft at number three, Grand Theft Auto at number four, and Halo at number five.
The Guinness World Records 2015 Gaming Edition is set to release on November 6 this year.
