High winds have caused a large tree in Christy Woods to fall.
An email sent to students stated that no one was nearby when the tree fell, so there were not injuries, but the park has been closed for the remainder of the day.
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for Delaware County until 5:00 p.m. Winds are expected to remain between 25 to 30 mph with some gusts close to 40 mph.
