An armed robbery occurred just off campus Friday morning.
Alerts were sent out through the campus emergency notification system about an incident near the intersection of Dill and Gilbert streets.
The alerts described three suspects: males approximately six-feet in height, wearing black clothing, carrying a handgun. Five victims were said to have been affected by the incident, which the alerts said took place at about 1:30 a.m.
The alerts were sent out a few minutes after 2:30 a.m. with information that the suspects were last seen heading toward campus.
