Feed My Sheep, a local non-profit group, is working to provide Thanksgiving meals for needy families in Muncie.
The organization's 16th annual food drive is underway, and it will host a fundraiser at Grandma Betty's ice cream shop tonight to help raise money.
The event will take place from 6 to 11 p.m. A minimum donation of $1 will earn a coupon for a free ice cream cone.
Feed My Sheep is a Christian organization that reaches out to less fortunate members of the community. This is the second year Ball State students have worked as interns for the group.
Feed My Sheep will serve Thanksgiving meals at Muncie Central High School. The organization is also taking donations at info@feedmysheepmuncie.org.
