The accolades continue to pile up for junior catcher Amanda Montalto and sophomore pitcher Audra Sanders.
The Mid-American Conference announced Tuesday that both Montalto and Sanders were honored with the West Division Player of the Week and West Division Pitcher of the Week, respectively.
Montalto hit .500 with two home runs, seven RBIs, and an incredible 1.250 slugging percentage in this past weekend's Radford Tournament in Troutville, Va.
Sanders went 3-0 in the tournament for Ball State with 13 strikeouts and a 1.47 earned run average.
Ball State returns to action Thursday, when they play at home against Dayton in a double-header. First pitches are at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
