The Ball State soccer team announced the signing of nine recruits to national letters of intent Wednesday.
The announcement marks the first complete recruiting class under coach Craig Roberts, who was named the soccer head coach on Feb. 3, 2010.
The 2011 recruits are Hannah Chadick, Ellie Chadick, Victoria Jacobs, Lindsay Kempf, Alexis Pearlstein, Nicole Pembleton, Brianna Schmitt, Cailey Starck and Rebecca Sutton.
The positions of the recruits signed includes two forwards, three defenders, three midfielders, one forward/midfielder and one midfielder/defender.
Ball State had a 7-10-2 overall record and a 1-8-2 record in the Mid-American Conference in 2010.
