SOCCER: Cardinals look to improve road record with Friday game

With a 2-0 record for the first time since 2005, Ball State soccer coach Craig Roberts is undefeated in his tenure.

Now Roberts will coach his team on the road for the first time, with a six-game trip that spans six states from Missouri to Pennsylvania.

The Cardinals will try to reverse their road fortune, as they went 4-20 away from Muncie in two seasons under former coach Michael Lovett.

Ball State will begin its road trip Friday at in-state rival IUPUI. Kickoff is 7 p.m.
