The lone slate to show up for Monday's Nomination Convention will participate in an open forum with the Ball State University Debate Team tonight.
Student Connection will present its platform points and the Debate Team will devise a series of questions that help highlight the thought process behind the ideas.
Elections Board chairman Cory Schneider said the board wanted a forum with a format that would work regardless of the number of slates nominated.
He encouraged students to go to the forum at 7 p.m. in the L.A. Pittenger Student Center Ballroom.
Elections Board also will decide whether to have a full campaign season and a student vote or a senate vote that would require a two-thirds majority for election.
