MEN'S VOLLEYBALL: Ball State, George Mason tied after two games

Ball State University is tied with George Mason University 1-1 after the second game of their best-of-five series on Friday at Worthen Arena.

Outside attacker Jamion Hartley leads the Cardinals in kills with 11.

Ball State has had 11 service errors with eight coming in their game two 33-31 loss. George Mason has 10 service errors.

Both teams are tied in blocks with 14.

The Cardinals took game one 30-23 with a 10-4 run to close out the game.

Senior Matt Sprague started for senior Billy Ebel at libero who had a leg injury. Ebel entered at the start of the second game had six digs in the loss.
