Police are searching for a suspect in an armed robbery at the intersection of McKinley and Neely avenues Monday night.
No injuries were reported but a purse was stolen in the incident just north of the College of Architecture and Planning.
Ball State University sent a public safety notice via e-mail describing the suspect as a slender white male in his early 20's wearing a tan coat and grey hoodie and hat.
Anyone with information should call University Police at 765-285-1111.
