The Ball State University athletics department announced this morning that today's softball game against the University of Dayton has been canceled because of the rain. There are attempts to schedule another game for the week of April 27, the last week of the season. The last game will be against the University of Miami on May 3.
No team has been named for the possible game.
The Cardinals will be in action Wednesday when they travel to Purdue University. The first pitch is scheduled for 4 p.m.
