CLEVELAND - The Ball State University men's basketball team defeated Central Michigan University 64-61 in overtime of today's Mid-American Conference quarterfinal matchup in Cleveland's Quicken Loans Arena.
The win advances Ball State (14-16, 7-9 MAC) to play in the semifinals against the University at Buffalo. The Bulls defeated Kent State University 65-62 in its quarterfinal game today.
Ball State's MAC Tournament semifinal game starts at 7:30 p.m. Friday in Cleveland and will be televised on FOX Sports Ohio.
