The Ball State University women's swimming and diving team fell to Ohio University Saturday.
The team won four events in the meet.
Freshman Emily Haifley, who broke the school record in the 200-yard breaststroke last week, won both the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke. Maria Grammelspacher won the 100-yard butterfly. In three-meter diving, the Cardinals - led by Lisa Maertin - placed first, second and third.
With the loss, the Cardinals drop to 2-6 (1-5) on the season.
Both the men and women's teams will conclude their regular season Friday when they travel to Miami University.
