The Ball State University football team will reveal its 2009 recruiting class today.
The Cardinals will have its Signing Day Celebration event starting at 5:30 p.m. at the Alumni Center.
The signing party is a free event for the public and there will be complimentary hot dogs and Pepsi products. It will also include a cash bar.
Ball State finished the 2008 regular season undefeated and ranked as high as No. 12 in the BCS standings. The Cardinals ended the season on a two-game losing streak, losing to the University at Buffalo in the Mid-American Conference Championship Game and the University of Tulsa in the GMAC Bowl.
Coach Stan Parrish is scheduled to speak about the recruiting class and the people at the signing party will be able to ask the first-year coach questions. Parrish was promoted from Ball State's offensive coordinator to head coach after Brady Hoke resigned to take the head coaching position at San Diego State University.
