Commuting teachers making it to class despite snow

Prepare to be disappointed if you were hoping today's snow fall would force your teacher to stay home instead of showing up for your Tuesday night class.

Hazardous road conditions have made driving difficult today on I-69. They haven't prevented teachers from commuting to their classes.

Sorry students, the show must go on.

Tony Proudfoot, associate vice president for marketing and communications, says he wouldn't rule out the possibility of a small handful of class cancellations because of driving conditions. However, Proudfoot said he heard of no classes being canceled today or tonight.

"I don't know there's an impact from [today's snow]," Proudfoot says. "Maybe a handful or limited number of faculty or students haven't been able to make it to campus, but not on the broad scale."

Proudfoot says there are various cancellations on campus that did not involve class.
