Put your left foot on red and right hand on yellow to help Kappa Delta sorority raise money for the American Brain Tumor Association on Friday.
The event is themed "Bust a Move" and will last from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday at Irving Gym.
The sorority's 5th annual Twister Tournament in memory of Lindsey Arnold, a sister who passed away from a brain tumor in 2005 and enjoyed 80s music.
"We started the event [in 2004] to help her family pay medical bills," Jessica Overmyer, vice president of standards of Kappa Delta, said.
The family wanted the sorority to continue holding the event and raise money for research.
Overmyer said the turn out is usually pretty large. Last year there were six boards and about 60 people playing plus spectators.
Twister Tournament Public Relations Chair Sarah Pine said the sorority is hoping for a larger turn out and made a few more of the extra large Twister boards.
She said teams of four and individuals will compete in a bracket style tournament. The top two teams compete on a regulation size board and the winner will receive a championship trophy.
Kappa Delta will be in the Atrium from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday and Friday to preregister teams and sell dots.
The dots are $1 and are part of the 50/50 raffle.
"We usually make around $800, so the winner will get $400," Haley Kalb, Kappa Delta sister, said.
Preregistration for teams is $20 and $6 for individuals. The registration for a team is $24 and $7 for an individual at the event.
