MEN'S VOLLEYBALL: Cardinals reschedule St. Francis match

The No. 7 Ball State University men's volleyball team said Tuesday it rescheduled its road match against St. Francis University.

Originally scheduled for March 28, the match was moved to 4 p.m. March 30 because St. Francis is playing host to a basketball tournament on March 28, Ball State coach Joel Walton said.

Earlier this season, the Cardinals (14-6) rallied from a two-game deficit to beat the Red Flash (9-9) in five games.

The match against St. Francis will be Ball State's second match in Pennsylvania during that weekend. On March 29, Ball State will play No. 1 Penn State University.

"That weekend is going to be two competitive matches," Walton said. "Regardless of who we play first or second, it's going to be tough."
