The campus-wide game that turned Ball State University into a feeding ground for the undead ended last night with a final mission.
Event organizer Andrew Ketrow said the event was concluded because of a general "burnt out" feeling among game participants, who wanted to get back to their regular routines.
Despite the premature conclusion, Ketrow said the game was a success because it got students from different social circles to interact with each other.
"A couple of players have even told me they've met significant others while playing," he said.
Ketrow, who will graduate in December, will pass on Humans vs. Zombies to sophomore Adam Huston. Huston plans to organize another game in March.
