Teams continue games Sunday in mud volleyball tournament

Saturday's games set up 36 teams to play next day

Mud volleyball began its 19th year today with students jumping, diving and flopping in the mud-covered volleyball courts behind the Johnson Complex. The winners of the 36 teams that played today will join the rest of the total 84 teams Sunday in a bracket system of elimination from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This year's theme, construction, was chosen for the construction on McKinley, the addition to the telecommunications building, and the new resident hall. The tournament will end Sunday at 5 p.m., when the winning team will be presented a trophy.
