Thirteen Ball State University students gathered Thursday night in hopes of making their musical numbers part of the University Singers Spectacular.
Putting weeks of practice on stage, the students performed their vocal acts for their fellow Singers members, other Ball State students and Singers director Jeffrey Carter.
The acts ranged from classic show tunes to the catchy melodies of Broadway musicals.
The Singers will present the 42nd Annual Spectacular April 7 and 8 at 7:30 p.m. in Emens Auditorium.
