Speaker teaches confrontational values

Speaker T.J. Sullivan, who spent most of the '90s teachingcollege students about safer sex, will teach students how to"confront the idiots in their lives." Sullivan will appear at 7p.m. today in the Student Center Ballroom to speak to students andstaff specifically about how to confront a friend's negativebehavior in a caring way, which will be necessary in relationships,work environments and community organizations. Sullivan will alsofocus on how to determine whether someone is the best person toattempt a confrontation. Sullivan, who is being sponsored by theInterfraternity Council and the Panhellenic Council, has focused onthis topic with many fraternity and sorority organizations in thepast.
