Report says UPD patrol coverage area too large

Community hopes to keep jar museum open
Thousands of jars make up Phillip Robinson's Jar Museum... but now, he calls it his collection. The museum recently closed and Robinson was forced to end operations at the museum so he could keep his homeowner's insurance. But this battle with the insurance company hasn't dampened his spirits. He still enjoys looking back to how it all began.Muncie mayor Dan Canan says-áthe collection is an asset to the city and keeping it in the community is exactly what Robinson hopes to do.
