Cards suffer loss to Clemson, 30-7

-á-á-á-á-á-á-á On the opening drive of the game, the Cardinals attempted to make the 'big play' early, remenicent of Indiana State last weekend. Senior receiver Sean Schembra went out for a deep post route on the first play but was unsuccessful as the ball was a little bit overthrown. The team continued to stick with the passing game and junior quarterback Talmadge Hill threw for his first touchdown of the year making it 7-0.

-á-á-á-á-á-á-á That would be the last time the Cardinals scored in the game. Clemson responded by scoring 30 unanswered points as a result of turnovers, a strong defense and special teams play.
