Police were called to the intersection of Bethel and Tillotson avenues shortly after 8:45 p.m. for an accident involving a motorcycle and car.
EMS and first responders were dispatched to the scene for reported injuries.
The motorcyclist was transported to IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital and is expected to survive.
Police said neither driver showed signs of impairment and it appears alcohol was not a factor.
Police are still working to determine the cause of the accident.
Names of the driver nor the motorcyclist have been released.
