The Ball State baseball team continues to be honored for its season, as Collegiate Baseball selected pitcher Zach Plesac, catcher Jarett Rindfleisch and outfielder Alex Call to its Freshmen All-America Team.Plesac finished the season ranked fourth in the nation with 12 wins and was previously named as the publication’s Mid-American Conference Freshman Pitcher of the Year as well as to the All-America Third Team.
The Ball State men’s basketball team has added a new assistant coach.Danny Peters, former Arizona Wildcats’ assistant director of basketball operations, joins the team as the new assistant coach.
