Police searching for car that struck student last night

Police are looking for the car that ran over a Ball State Student’s feet near Studebaker West Complex late last night. Anna Moore was sitting on the curb of Neely Avenue near Studebaker West Complex smoking a cigarette when a car rolled over her feet and continued down the street, Joan Todd, a university representative said.

'Baby' to premiere at Strother Theatre

In their senior year as musical theatre majors, best friends Sam Malone and Laura Sportiello finally have what Sportiello calls “a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity” to act together in Ball State’s production of the musical Baby. After meeting during their freshman year, the two actresses have been best friends but have never had the chance to work on the same production together, despite their shared major.

FOOTBALL: Fifth-year seniors get final shot at Northern Illinois

Brian Jones looked down and closed his eyes, remembering what happened last season. The strong safety for the Ball State football team has bitter memories of rival Northern Illinois. When former Huskie quarterback Jordan Lynch found the end zone with less than two minutes left and Joe Windsor brought an interception back for a touchdown, it was a dagger to the heart of the Ball State football team.

International SGA senator stresses diversity for campus

Robiyabonu Dustova is a junior pre business and criminal justice major and happens to be the only international student senator in the Student Government Association. “Every student around campus deserves the right to be heard and I think there should be someone representing the international community,” Dustova said.
