Nintendo Names new president

Nintendo has named current head of Human Resources Tatsumi Kimishima as their new president. The announcement was made through a memo that detailed Nintendo's recent Board of Directors meeting.


Rock Band 4 is slated to be released on October 6 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Ball State combats pressure, wins 1st game under Northcroft

With its 3-2 win over Appalachian State on Sept. 12, the Ball State field hockey team's search for its first win is over. The victory was the first under first-year head coach Sally Northcroft and snapped a six-game losing streak to begin the season. Northcroft is fired up for the rest of the season following the win.

Mobile app Pokémon GO announced

Pokémon has answered the dreams of many players. There will now be a Pokémon app for all smartphones. The official Pokémon website announced that there would be a press conference held on September 10 at 3 p.m.

Offense shows more consistency in 1-2 weekend

Ball State women's volleyball coach Steve Shondell continues to see the bright side. Despite a 1-2 weekend at the Washington State University Cougar Challenge over the weekend, the Cardinals' offense played with more consistency. Shondell said it was some of the best volleyball he's seen from his team.
