Chances of weekend rain for Homecoming activities

Tonight: Temperatures will remain cool this evening with our low being 51 degrees. Calm 5 mph winds will usher in minimal cloud cover so if your evening plans involve being outside, make sure to bring a light jacket or sweatshirt.

Tomorrow: As you start the commute to school or work I would recommend a light sweater for the cool 53 degree temperatures that will start the day. Calm winds will blow cloud cover in and out throughout the day with conditions going from mostly cloudy to partly sunny. Our high for tomorrow will be 69 degrees so a little bit cooler than usual.

Seven-Day Forecast: Thursday those beautiful sunny conditions return with temperatures remaining in the low- 70's. As Homecoming events for Ball State start ramping up on Friday, temperatures will remain cool with the high being 73 degrees. However, this weekend rain chances will return with a 60 percent chance of precipitation Saturday afternoon. Those showers will continue into Sunday morning bringing the temperatures down with the high being a cool 62 degrees. Those highs in the mid-to-low 60's will persist even into the start of next work week.
