The Department of Theatre and Dance has had a 12-year relationship with actress Sutton Foster. Foster, who was in Muncie from Feb. 19 to 23 to work on the production of “Shrek the Musical,” considered attending Ball State because of her mother's love for alumnus David Letterman.
