Light Up DWNTWN 2016

Muncie's annual Light Up DWNTWN, powered by AEP, started on Dec. 1 at 5 p.m. with the lighting of the community Christmas tree sponsored by Raymond James. The event joined the city's First Thursday art gallery opening and featured ice carving demonstrations, a Kiddie Express train and approximately 50 artists in the Holiday Makers Market tent.
