Community members gathered on the Washington Street Bridge April 26 for the annual Muncie's Bridge Dinner for food, drinks, art and live music. This was the second Muncie's Bridge Dinner.

Fashion Design Society held their 2018 fashion show, Fashion Faerie Tale, April 7 in Applied Technology. All of the garments featured were handmade by Ball State Apparel and Design and Fashion and Merchandising students.

Ball State's softball team competed in a doubleheader against Kent State at the Softball Fields in First Merchants Ballpark Complex. The Cardinals lost the first game 2-5 and won the second game 15-7.
