NICK AND TIRED: The latest Republican debate is an ode to repetition

If you’re looking for a good time, then New York’s hottest club is “February 25’s The GOP Debate,” and it has everything: two men tag-teaming Donald Trump, a neurosurgeon whining for people to attack him and your friendly neighborhood milkman taking an applause-worthy moderate stance on social issues to sway the decision of young voters.

Creating a budget can be overwhelming, and only 40 percent of American families have a working monthly plan for their spending. Developing a long-term budget has been linked to building wealth, while simultaneously helping you get out of debt and cut expenses. If you’re a first-time budgeter, here are some steps to make the process as painless as possible.

Ball State softball prepares for WKU Hilton Plaza Invitational

The softball team will look to improve their record this weekend in Bowling Green, Ky., where they’ll see Southeast Missouri, Western Carolina, Western Kentucky and Valparaiso. The team is coming off its second straight 2-3 weekend in Houston which saw three losses, one to Iowa State and two to Texas. “The first loss to Iowa State was a heartbreaker."

Student shares story of recovering from anorexia

It’s one thing to listen to a counselor or psychiatrist talk about the struggles that come with an eating disorder and recovery, but it's another thing to hear a student’s story in person. That was the thinking behind Associate Director of the Counseling Center Ellen Lucas’ discussion on eating disorders on Feb. 25.
