The Delaware County Commissioners decided to keep the Delaware County and Justice Center closed Wednesday, but county highway crews will still be available to help police and EMS vehicles through the night. The Student Government Association nominated United Initiative and Vote Bare as the two presidential slates Monday. Students can vote in the SGA elections on Feb. 26 and 27 at bsu.edu/votebsu. Matt Lacy and Matt Walker were nominated for At-Large Senate, but there were no nominations for Judicial Court, University Senate or Off-Campus Senate.
Although students had a day off Tuesday, Ball State University staff wasn't so lucky. Classes were canceled due to hazardous weather - but Ball State staff didn't get the day off. University staff accomplish many necessary tasks each day to keep campus running smoothly.

Even though he is working on a digital media minor, Matt Erwin doesn't understand the hype about MySpace and Facebook, two of the most popular communication sites on the Web. "I use Facebook and MySpace solely for social reasons, for maybe an hour per week combined," said Erwin, sophomore music technology major.
