On Oct. 3, Circuit Court 3 Judge Robert Barnet sentenced Thomas Owen Mast, 21, to 100 hours of community service teaching art classes at the YMCA or the Boys and Girls Club of Muncie after Mast pleaded guilty to two felony counts of institutional criminal mischief.
