Tuesday the Ball State University men's golf team showed that the third time could sometimes be a charm. Ball State's 278 in the third round was the lowest round of the tournament by any of the 12 teams, and allowed the Cardinals to finish in fifth place at the Xavier Invitational at the Oasis Golf Club in Loveland, Ohio.
