The L.A. Pittenger Student Center Building has been undergoing renovations since last August. Classes were interrupted at some Ball State University buildings Tuesday morning after a transformer at the Tillotson St. substation was damaged. Jim Lowe, director of engineering and operations, said the cause of the shortage of power that came from the transformer is unknown.

Students must complete a three-step process as soon as possible. Students were encouraged to complete it in September, but the application deadline is open-ended.

On Monday, I went to a city council meeting. How many of you know about Muncie City Council? Of course, you assume that Muncie has a city council. How many have even been to one? I'd actually be willing to bet that less than 10 Ball State students have been to Muncie city council meetings in the last five years.
