IU officials: Repair funds fall millions short

FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Indiana University officials say the university is falling about $17 million short of what it needs to spend to maintain its buildings and facilities each year.

Movie theaters across the nation have been experiencing quiet June weekends after having the lowest attendance during the Memorial Day holiday in 17 years. Stutzman to replace Souder on Indiana November ballot

COLUMBIA CITY, Ind. — Republican state Sen. Marlin Stutzman, who was considered a front-runner and favored by tea party voters disenchanted with Washington, was chosen Saturday to replace former U.S. Rep. Mark Souder on the November ballot.




First Lady Daniels to visit Ball State today

Indiana's first lady will visit Ball State University for a luncheon today. Cheri Daniels will be the keynote speaker for Muncie's Go Red for Women luncheon at 10:30 a.m. in the Alumni Center.
