Ball State Field Hockey (4-3, 1-1 MAC) fell to Kent State (4-4, 2-0 MAC) 7-0 Sept. 23.
Kent State had 23 shots during the match with 16 on target. The Cardinals had 9 saves throughout the game and attempted three total shots with two on target.
Ball State is home for its next matchup facing the University of Iowa Sept. 25 at 12 p.m.
