According to a press release sent out by Ball State University:

June 6-July 15 (no scheduled events during the weeks of June 27 and July 5) are the scheduled dates for Ball State University's Fall 2022 freshman Orientation. Orientation is scheduled to run from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

During Orientation, 165 students per day, with family members, are set to be involved in programming across campus, with Pruis Hall and the Art and Journalism Building being the most prominent among all areas included.

For the first time, The Office of Orientation is set to partner with all academic colleges at Ball State University during freshman Orientation. Students are scheduled to be introduced to their academic area of study alongside their future peers and faculty as a part of this partnership.

Students participating and their respective families may reserve on-campus housing and participate in programming at the Schmidt/Wilson Residence Hall the evening prior to their scheduled Orientation program. The day of Orienation, all participants are set to eat at the North Dining Hall.

For those with questions, contact Orientation staff via email at orientation@bsu.edu, via phone at 765-285-8290 or in-person in Lucina Hall, Room 151.
